somewhat, they restored power to most of the area, but the military is still passing out water and food. not really back to normal yet... it's still bad.
sux dude, there like no power or water (closer to galveston) where i live. nothings open to buy food or anything. every house on my street has a tree in the middle of it, except mine. (i was REALLY lucky)
